Bethune, Kershaw County (June 8, 1994)
A 48-50 diameter single circle swirled counter-clockwise, a small 17 diameter single circle swirled counter-clockwise, and two 6 diameter concentric rings burnt into the rye clockwise one 66.5 in diameter and 57 in diameter and two inches deep into the soil. The local Sheriff had put up crime scene tape to keep visitors from trampling the circle 50 circle, while the others apparently had not been noticed except from the air. Severe E-M effects reported, as well as compass deviations. All the South Carolina crop formations in 1994 occurred very near the Robinson Nuclear Power Plant.
